The demolition project involved a commercial administration school building. Our initial challenge was creating pathways for machinery access while ensuring the protection of footpaths and parking bays from damage. The structure, a double-storey building with a suspended slab, presented additional complexities. Careful demolition was crucial, especially as some offices were situated above swimming pools, necessitating heightened safety measures. Furthermore, the proximity to neighboring boundaries required a secure and cautious approach to dismantling walls to prevent any damage to adjacent properties.
