The demolition of a fire-damaged house came with significant challenges. With 80% of the structure burned, the joint roof and garage wall had to be carefully dismantled by hand. Limited space complicated debris removal, requiring a cleared path for machinery access and a skip bin for disposal. The fragile burnt roof tiles needed delicate handling to prevent further damage. Disconnecting the garage roof and tiles from the neighboring unit demanded precision to safeguard the adjacent property. Also, a shared metal beam spanning both properties had to be manually removed, along with sorting materials and extracting roof tiles from within the house.
